Solstice 2003 Viognier
Wine Notes: Solstice Mount Torrens 2003 Viognier is an estate grown wine from the cool climate Adelaide Hills. The Vineyard has an elevation of 450-500mtrs and is managed to produce very low yields, ensuring excellent quality grapes. Solstice Viognnier is a hand made wine using traditional winemaking methods and is aged in French Oak for 18 months.

Pros: Excellant intergration with oak very fresh finish excellant example of Viognier
Cons: none

The vine showed excellant oak intergration and balance , fresh clean finish . Excellant example of cool climate Viognier.
