Appealing fruit flavours of ripe melon pears and grapefruit are a feature of the palate. Ageing on yeast lees adds layers of extra complexity to the sweet fruit flavours as well as a creamy mouthfeel, providing an extra dimension to the palate weight. This mouth filling wine persists through a long lingering finish.
