Chardonnay
Chardonnay is also known by the names Aubaine, Beaunois, Melon Blanc, and, historically Pinot Chardonnay. Chardonnay is named after the village of Chardonnay in the Mâconnais region of France.

Riesling
Riesling is a very versatile wine to have with food, because of its balance of sugar and notable acidity. It can pair with white fish, or with pork, and it is one of the few wines that can stand up to Thai and Chinese cuisine.

Sauvignon Blanc & blends
Sauvignon blanc is best enjoyed slightly chilled, with fish or cheese. It is usually best drunk young, as it does not particularly benefit from ageing.

Semillon & blends
Semillon has emerged from the shadows of being known as a white wine grape used mainly as a blend with Sauvignon Blanc. It's softness and medium body is generating lots of fans.
