Last night I had a small galss had two gulps realised I would have a headache left it and yes today it's here for the duration, so that's it never again, i can cope with most things but headaches - I'm pathetic...which gives you headaches from hell?

I'd say both. I really love the taste of each of them.

I like the red wine that too Cabernet Sauvignon flavor only. Red wine may help prevent blood clots and reduce the blood vessel damage caused by fat deposits. Thats why i suggest it.

I prefer red wines especially Pinot Noir. with pinot apart from it's rich and smooth taste it has got strong health benefits also.Pinot Noir is richest in resveratol as compared to other wines and it causes whole lot of health benefits from being good for heart and prolonging your life.

Though i must confess that i usually give into my champagne pangs.
